The course is aimed at beginners, non-technical users and technical staff who will be using AQL on Advanced Pick & D³ systems This Course is suitable for anyone working on Advanced Pick and D³ systems. Prerequisites: A familiarity with Advanced Pick / D³ and the file structure to the level reached on one of the foundation courses AP1: Moving to D³ or AP2: Starting D³ Contents: We cover the essential features of AQL statements and the AQL language: Displaying and printing reports Selection criteria Sort specifications Control-breaks Totals and subtotals The standard connectives and modifiers We also take a preliminary look at AQL attribute definitions, their contents and their use. The course also includes some practical aspects of using AQL – including the stacker and macros – and there is a demonstration of some interesting and useful applications of AQL Printed version:
