MB-Master Courses: General Topics
The following general courses cover various miscellaneous topics which are of interest to users of MultiValue systems:
This course is aimed at anyone who will be using JET as a word processing tool to produce documents, letters and other printed material
This Course is suitable for anyone working on:
mv·BASE
Power95
R83 and generic MultiValue
systems.
Prerequisites: The student should be familiar with the general concept of accounts, files and items on MultiValue systems to the level reached on the foundation course PICK1: Starting Pick
Participants will derive greater benefit from the course if`they have had some experience in the production and layout of documents and printed material by other methods, either as an author or a typist
Contents: We cover all those features which are needed to make use of the JET word processing software and equip the student to survive beyond the course. The course also considers the implementation of JET which is known as The Works. Like all MB-Master courses, there is ample opportunity for the participant to progress at his/her own pace, allowing experienced users to address more advanced topics
