TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms: Educational Institutions and Government Agencies are net 30 days. Purchaser agrees to pay 1.5% per month finance charge on all over due balances. All others are payment in full by Paypal prior to shipping.

Shipping: All prices quoted are FOB Sparks, Nevada. Customer will pay all shipping charges. Packing and crating costs for surface, air, or ocean transport are the responsibility of the customer. Packing and shipping may be arranged at an additional charge.

Note: Installation, training or additional accessories are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty: All equipment is sold with a guarantee that it is in working condition when we ship it to our customers, unless otherwise noted in our description of the equipment. When we arrange shipping on behalf of our customers, we seek shippers that will insure the items against loss or damage in transit. Claims for non-operational equipment must be made with the shipping company according to the policies of the individual shipping companies.

General: Mahin and Associates makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the fitness or suitability of any item sold for any particular purpose. The purchaser assumes the entire risk as to the use and results from any item sold. In the event of equipment damage in shipping, Mahin and Associates assumes no responsibility or liability for secondary or consequential damages and the Purchaser's sole remedy is limited to the insurance provided by the shipping company for the value of the item shipped.
