We are concerned with the potential for fraud on the Internet.  We view our Web pages as an advertising medium and a means for initial contact with our customers.  We personally respond to customer questions by telephone or email.  We will not ask you to send credit card information by email.  Most of our customers pay for their purchases by mailing us a check or sending a wire transfer of funds.  We do not plan to automate our order taking system for laboratory equipment.  We believe that our customers deserve personal contact to answer their questions and place their orders.

We are no longer promoting a third party escrow service.  It did not respond to the needs of our customers by providing timely, secure transactions.
