UK customers: we do post orders promptly but standard post is very variable. Some items arrive the day after we send them, most arrive within three working days, some take over a week - and remember things take longer over, or just after, bank holidays. If you haven't received your plugs within two weeks of sending payment, let us know. If you're in a bit of a rush first class post is available at extra cost. Or we can send your earplugs by special delivery (which costs even more). Orders are usually posted the working day after we receive payment. Remember to include your name and address!

Delivery (by second class post) is free within the UK postal area (includes IoM + CI).

Overseas customers: Orders from outside the UK are welcome. As well as British pounds, we accept euros, US dollars, CA dollars, NZ dollars and AUS dollars. For details, please see the foot of our pricelist page. Delivery time is very variable, and partly depends on where you live.
