Album Grade: B+

Below is the song list of the album, with my comments and grades:
I Want Candy
For most people, this is all they know of Bowwowwow. Clearly, this cover of the Strangelove's classic fits the group perfectly. The thumping drums and distinctive guitar hook are catchy enough to listen to, but of course it was the MTV video of the bathing-suit clad Annabella (on her candycane beach) that sealed the deal for most of us. Grade: A
Baby, Oh No
A smooth but fairly serene song that mostly hits the mark. The song reveals some technical improvements over earlier efforts (mostly better mixing), and Annabella's singing has improved. Grade: B-
Louis Quatorze
For those that haven't heard it, this song should come as a shock. Not only is it perhaps the most in-your-face musical slapping you'll ever get, but the lyrics, which detail Annabella losing her virginity at gunpoint, are probably as risque as you'll ever find, certainly from an 80's band. With that said, it's as good as any Bowwowwow song, and listenable again and again. Grade: A
Cowboy
More cowboy and indian imagery, which we've come to appreciate as a common theme in Bowwowwow's music (jungles, savages, lawlessness). This is somewhat upbeat and fits in with the rest of the album seamlessly. Grade: C+
Mile High Club
Sex in airplanes? By now we've seen Annabella have sex atop the Eifel Tower, at gunpoint, and in tipis, so sex at 20,000 feet should seem rather tame to her! This is sweet and smooth although fairly forgettable. Grade: C+
