UNCLE PAULREST EASY UNCLE PAUL
Dear Uncle Paul, I wish that life would have afforded us a little more time for each other. My memories are not as clear as those that I have for Gramma and Uncle Wally but I love you no less. I remember when you helped my Mom move way back when in Missouri. I remember being a small child and going to visit you in your trailer. I remember playing with Melanie and Jessica and every one was happy. I remember being a small child on a go cart with you...unable or unwilling to step on the gas pedal any harder, I remember your big shoe on top of mine as we raced around the track. I remember that day at Cooper's as if it were yesterday. I am thankful that I could have the time we spent together. I remember when you had gotten away from that horrible place and had longed to drive. You drove that old maroon Mercury around. You drove us to a church to see a priest that was helping you. I remember that like yesterday. I can still hear you asking my Mom to drive. We worked at the restaurant together side by side for a bit. You would have given the shirt off your back and froze to keep warm any other in the family or perhaps even a stranger. Your heart was as big as they get and there is no doubt that you reside in heaven with Gramma and Uncle Wally. I remember when you came to stay with us in Florida, you carried so much pain in you heart. You suffered horribly while you were here and I am glad that you don't have to suffer any more. No one should have to endure the heartache that you did while you were here. Rest easy Uncle PAUL....You too are forever loved and missed.
