We are a working family farm nestled in a secluded section of Caribou, Maine. The beautiful north woods of Maine make an ideal vacation spot both in the winter and summer. Northern Maine is the snowmobiling capitol of the eastern United States. Summers are idealistic with pleasant temperatures and magnificent vistas.
North Woods has the reputation of producing quality livestock. We have been raising Alpacas since 1991 and Shetland Sheep since 1994. We generally have a nice selection of Alpacas and Shetland Sheep for sale. Although our animals are of very high quality, our prices are always reasonable. We do not have a huge overhead that necessitates high prices.
