Leonard Goodchild is my maternal Grandfather. He was born in Hughenden, Buckinghamshire, England on 21 September 1874. He married Frances JENNINGS on 4 June 1899 at St Helens Church in the Borough of Kensington, London. Frances was born in 1878 and died around 1954. She was the daughter of Alfred Jennings and Elizabeth Jennings (nee Marchant).Leonard and Frances lived in Naphill, Buckinghamshire.

The childrens baptisms all took place at St Botolph's Church, Bradenham, Bucks.The marriage certificate of Leonard and Frances states his occupation as Chairmaker. Leonard served in the 1914 - 1918 war.
