The purpose and objective of the ESM Youth Sports, Inc. is service to the youth of the community by providing supervised programs of organized sports. To foster the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, respect for authority, as well as to educate youth in the skills of various sports, the value of teamwork, and pride of community.

All participants/spectators of ESM Youth Sports, Inc. should always bear in mind that winning or stressing exceptional athletic skill is secondary to the development of the ideals of the association In the youth of the community.

The purpose of the following standards of conduct is to ensure that the spirit of ESM Youth Sports, Inc. is maintained at all our events.

1. Coaches shall remind players and supporters of ESM Youth Sports, Inc. goals. Coaches should be a model of good sportsmanship. They should neither encourage nor ignore unsportsmanlike behavior.
2. Players shall display safe and sportsmanlike behavior at all times. Any act of unsportsmanlike conduct with intent to harm another player will result in immediate ejection from the game as determined by the official(s).
3. There will be cooperation with ESM Youth Sports, Inc. referees and officials. Any person who shouts disparaging or insulting remarks to an official, coach or player may be subject to ejection from the area. Repeated offenses of this nature may result in the person being banned as a spectator, coach or player, at the discretion of the ESM Youth Sports Board. All decisions of the officials will be final.
4. There will be no objectionable cheers, unsafe or unsportsmanlike behavior. Any coach, spectator, or player who engages in the above may be asked to leave the area.

The Board would like to remind everyone that coaches and officials are volunteers who generously donate many hours of their time so that ESM Youth Sports, Inc. can maintain its valuable and worthwhile programs for the community.Thank you for your understanding and anticipated cooperation.
