Herts. League the 4 officers on the committee stood down with notice given a year ago. No one voluntered for the posts so it led to extreme measures to appoint new officers – clubs were pulled out of a hat to then appoint new officers (otherwise there would be no league)

Secretary – June Griffith now from Royals club or Ambrose
Treasurer – Christine Beasley now from Royals club or Ambrose
Coaching – Barbara Milne now Carol
Umpiring Rep – Cath Worrell continues
Fixtures Secretary – June Griffith a new position. There are now no Div. Secretaries so all Herts. results can be 'e' mailed to June Griffith and then the hard copies sent in.

Went smoothly this year with just one weekend having problems when all teams were playing.(missed Sally and Erika after Xmas)
Thanks to Jill for continuing to organise so efficiently and all those who give their time to umpire for the teams.
Summer League
Entered x2 teams for this summer.
Wednesday night mainly for Cam 1 & 2. Dawn Watson will organise this night.

Herts.Indoor League
Relegated from Div.1
We have re-entered a team to play on Monday nights at St Albans, Marlborough School. Di Kolonko will continue to organise this, please tell her if you want to play (end Sept. start).
Cam 1
Div 4 Herts. League 4th position (missed 3rd by only1 point!).
After a difficult start with few of the team around, the second half of the season was more consistent and therefore produced better results.
Good luck to Andrea and Pauline who are expecting.
Div 5 Herts. League 6th position.
Again a difficult start as the 1sts. Injuries meant inconsistencies to the team with a few good wins but some heavy losses.
Ellen keep battling with the knee.
Cam 3
Div 1 Hemel League about 6th. Unusually poor season for this team, brought on by a large number of injuries.
Cam 4
Div 1 Hemel League relegated. No regular team all season.
Cam 5
Div 2 Hemel League 8th position. Better results in the second half of the season.
Captains to meet 4th June (tbc) to look at our new positions and the number of teams we currently run.

Training – Gill Coulshed to look into the cost of hiring the new Longdean School indoor and outdoor facilities. Di will follow up on coaching for this Autumn – indoors!
