Title: Introduction to the Concept of a Eusystem.

What is a Eusystem?

Eusystem Defined


To re-iterate:
A true system...i.e. "EUSYSTEM" is defined as that which implicates a topologically relevant "inside-out-sided-ness."

As elementary and simple as this idea may seem at first,... realize that the only eusystems that human beings have created so far for the universe are:

  • (01). More humans;
  • (02). Synthetic trans-uranium chemical atoms; and
  • (03). Tentatively, the possibilities of 'terraformed' sterile planets (Mars is starting to fit this last category as you read this).

Technically and in relation to the sub-visible realm of somatic structure, cells (and their inside-contained organelles) are also valid natural eusystems which humans have been able to develop by biotechnical methods. These have a generally non-synthetic origin (starting with natural clones) however and so we can argue their role as human-made eusystems in spite of their often great variance from original lines.

There is some current work in regards to generating a totally "synthetic virus" which would be defined by an artificially synthesized DNA alpha-numeric set which would assemble itself according to the laws of molecular dynamics into a bioform. This and these possibilities would extend the inventory of 'human-made' eusystems beyond the three listed.

All else cosmological content is 'natural eusystemic or identically non-synthetic' , in fact or theory, by the definitions here. We deal with 'boxed' and 'packaged things' and human-invented 'pseudo-eusystems' all the time,...but these are not true systems with an inside-outsidedness,...they are composite synthetic objects composed of atoms and molecules,.... Nature's sub-visible eusystemic fundamentals on Earth.

Houses and buildings are also NOT eusystems, although the architects can design them with excellent socio-economic extropy and efficiency. These are paradigms of natural eusystems (some may say 'caves').

All of these "noun-things" that humans have made and can possibly think about are sometimes only models or paradigms of the real eusystems of Nature. What physical mathematicians call "String or M-Theory" is now our current best effort to generalize and well-paradigm the micro-macro consistent topologies of a universal or 'Unified Field' Natural Eusytemology. The mathematics of the theories can be rather complex, but what is important to only realize that it serves to measure topological well-boundedness identity. A doughnut can be viewed from many angles and it's true relationship to elephants may elude-us, but there are equations of a torus that apply to all tori and any ordering or indexing of these we can imagine.

As genetics and proteonomics tends to postulate a "One-Gene per One-Enzyme (uniquely functional protein) Hypothesis," ...here,... Systems Biophysics postulates a generalized

"One Alpha-Numeric-Set per One Eusystem (uniquely functional topology) Hypothesis."

In experience this is only an approximation of the way physics and linguistics works. Go to the library and look up the word 'fish' for example. There may be many thousands of A-N sets for this elementary notion of a eusystem. Yet there is always also so much that is totally non-fish relevant, so an indexing seems plausible (as Dewey Decimal first demonstrated). Often a definite 'well-bounded' ...in fact and theory... idea can manifest a polynomial of expressionism with language for which any algebra can only approximate. Incidentally, a most satisfying indexing of all that is 'Ichthyological' is simply the current (still evolving) zoological taxonomy of the Osteichthyes, a well indexed and ordered alpha-numeric set that describes-discusses bony-fishes.

Sometimes, we find that we are discussing what we think are two distinct eusystemic-oid ideas, but we are deluded and there is only one. For our purposes here (biophysics), this problem can be minimal since the eusystemia of the sub-nuclear domain and the variations of the isotopes are generally considered as a distinct problem from the resolutions of a neuro-ecologically relevant biophysics. The molecular dynamics of the human sensorium itself is supposed explainable and well-bounded by a summation of N-sets that are implicative only of electrons, protons, and permutations-combinations of these, and any real or imaginary 'interiors' of these first-ordered eusystems is co-supposed as more or less irrelevant to the mechanics of the evolving biosphere and its living constituencies. This supposition environment may prove only temporary however. There may be a biophysical role for the Hadrons and Baryons of sub-atomics we do not yet discern, they are the foundations of the electron-proton set that define the structures we more easily assay and test; so it is a start.

A "eusystemicoid idea" is identically a 'pseudo-eusystem' or an objectification some may assume is a true system having interiors and an exterior,...an example might be the human or animal 'heart-lung system', or the 'Earth's atmosphere'.

An "Alpha-Numeric" set or "alpha-numericism" (A-N set)...is a collection of linguistical elements,...essentially alphabets and number theory elements... in any and all combinations syntactically permitted,... which can convey information between two or more brains, or via an archive-library and a single brain or multiple brains. With a little contemplation perhaps, you can consider how a great-deal of what being alive and human is all about involves eusystem neuro-processing and something called 'language' which of course implicates the notion of alpha-numeric sets.

Information.
Here, the term "information" is non-elementary and, as far as human beings are concerned, a reasonable first-ordered definition (simplest definition) can be said to be identical to the human neuro-sensory relay constituency. This is electro-magnetic radiational "input and out-put." (Often denoted here by writing"EMR".) We explore a popular idea that "all EMR phenomena" (except something called noise is a manifestation of information; and with our species, there is simply "synthetic versions" in the ecosystem, human-generated information. Notions of "intuition" and other "psychical modes" may be discussed, but as far as these have no known explanation in terms that are EMR relevant, these notions are here excluded as information-science elements. The brain, its cerebral cortex and the cranial nerves are the primary mediator systems for this input-output phenomenon which has require millions of years to develop to its present form which is variously shared with other species. The 'soma' or body is also a receptor and transmitter of information,...and this will be discussed later within the context of a molecular dynamic biophysics.

The computerized "Internet" generates and delivers to the PC user alpha-numeric sets in the form of web-pages and images. The art and science of alpha-numeric set synthesis and manipulation has indeed come a long way from its origin in clay-tablets and papyrus productions. Before even these manifestations, we can only imagine the ontogeny of A-N set synthesis. Perhaps certain tribes had their traditions with stone or wood. Or perhaps the scriblings-etchings into the wet sand held significance while they lasted until the next tide or river wash-out. We can imagine some authoritarian figure making his 'magic signs' in the wet sand with some sort of special tool, perhaps along the shores of the Nile or at special places on a beach or inlet. The signs would mean something only he could divulge to his special associates. The more 'illiterate' would be in awe. Some would be inspired to 'learn the mysteries' of the signs and symbols. Some would learn to value the 'information' and the rituals involved. There would be debates and arguments proclaiming their powers and proofs there-of. All of these notions of 'pre-history' are beyond our ever knowing and so are at best 'educated guesses'. Forms of information expression which brains could appreciate clearly must have had more primitive and 'improvable' manifestations lost to time.

Every civilized human brain and a great many not so tame, function and move in an vast evermore global ecology of synthetic alpha-numericism. Some "sets" are more commercialized, mundane or academic than others;... the taxonomy is awesome. Check-out the Dewey Decimal System! The Key-word 'book' with a popular internet search engine currently returns more than 150 million web-pages.

Although the Dewey Decimal System does a good job of organizing a myriad of alpha-numeric set resolutions of a category called "books," ...it is inherently non-boolean-binary... (it is 'decimal'), and does not attempt to unify with classical taxonomic methods the eusystemic aspects of all of its "subject matter variations." There is no 'cladistic taxonomy' in the indexivity of the Dewey Decimal System. And if there were such possible, it would demonstrate somewhat how the brain works. We can imagine a more efficient system which is evermore 'eusystemically indexed and organized'. Sensible.

A great many books are about non-eusystemic conceptionings for which Dewey-Decimal boolean 'switch' = fiction versus non-fiction suffices. If the vast and accruing data bases of human knowledge could first become well "eusystematized," and then boolean taxonomized for a subsequent decimal-ordering in the Dewey-Decimal tradition, the efficiency of human intellectual researching and data archiving would, I think, be greatly more efficient. With a re-vamping of the systematics to be more in line with the onto-eusystematics of science,...the archives shall have become "neuro-objective" and hence essentially "scientifically logical." As is, the system remains "socio-subjective." But, at the library, at least what matters is finding the information desired.

A library book or inscribed clay tablet and various works of art are also examples of A-N sets. We recognize a value spectrum and all the difficulties of "e-valuation" implicated in a theory of A-N-Sets as we find that both graffiti and Einstein's General Theory are, in certain analyses, equally a category of all possible alpha-numeric sets potential and kinetic.

The ability of humans to access and use the {A,N} = "alpha-numeric sets" of the world is unprecedented since the invention of writing only a few thousand years ago.

We predict an eventual holographical-ism of A-N conveyance technology in the future. The highly popular and rapidly developing entertainment medium of the 3D images from Hollywood indicate the great demand for visual realism. It is not difficult to imagine a 'next-phase' technology that can have such productions even more realistic and three-dimensional.

Computer programming languages like Visual Basic and Java-javascript are also very structured alpha-numeric sets. They are A-N sets logically designed to deal reflexively with A-N sets in a way their creators will find naturally useful and productive as well as profitable.

You can think of "generalized" alpha-numeric sets as simply a collection of alphabetical characters (any language will do) and an associated use of number or (almost always) math elements. In Java script, these are also called "Strings and arrays." Books of categories "fiction, non-fiction, reference,..." are "popularized general modern literary A-N set designations." We find a preponderance of the "numeric" aspect among the category called non-fiction. Even a numbered page among the fiction category means that it is an alpha-numeric set that at least has a few numeric references in it as it is "alpha-weighted."

To some extent, computers are extensional models or "maps" of the human mentation (thinking) bio-machinery. When these both discovered-and-invented electronically engineered systems work fine and well for us, we say they are "user-friendly." This tends to presuppose that there are, indeed, certain neuro-psychical elements which can be paralleled by the machinery (hardware plus software elements) that may be unique and universal relative to the species human.

A-N sets when correlated to an economics of brain models independent of natural brains ,...as with computers, reveal humanity's second-ordered attempt to somehow "standardize" or make uniformly collective certain common aspects of the socio-economic entropic-extropic characterizations of human neuro-functions.

To a certain extent, this may be said to be a category of "mediation." As governments "mediate" local societies and cultures in a way analogous to the extensionalize "Parent-Super-Ego" transactional element (Law making and preservation functions),...we probably do not yet have a good idea as to what the PC is mediating exactly (in the sense that a radio mediates 'mostly music and news')... or will optimally and ultimately mediate in the future except that with it "information" is a critical factor for the inherent functionality.

To some extent one can explain the PC to a non-PC aware individual by saying that the PC (and Web) is much like a super-encyclopedia and more. This is a way of pointing out the relationship of the machine to the tooling of the ocean of alpha-numeric sets that every citizen is surrounded by.

The allocation of A-N resolutions to stone, ink-and-paper models was the first-ordered version. The second-ordered version is to some extent a model-synthesis of the best of what amounts to an accelerated-ly accessible "collective mind-set" for Space-Ship Earth inhabitants. The potential extent of synthetic alpha-numeric reciprocity compoundings (with respect to the socio-economics of the entropy-extropy factors), as said, remains to be realized. It is identified as a formative or ontogenic Science of Artificial Intelligence.

If anything, at present, the systematics offers great hope to reduce the ignorance index of the global masses by simply making factual data freely available to minds everywhere as computers are used by Earth citizens and learning is "discovered" serendipitously to be fun and especially useful as humans must endure the luxury of longevity (most of our ancestors hardly aged to thirty-something if lucky). The Systems Biophysics Set.
What follows here are introductory ideas for a Systems Biophysics. We can call a collection of these and related ideas a "Systems Biophysics Set" and here, this is often denoted by writing "SBS."

Systems Biophysics seeks to define an ontogenic alpha-numeric set of biophysically optimized "relative with respect to comprehension" eusystemic resolutions. This activity-action is complicated by the fact that "comprehension" itself is a biophysical energy-event.

To re-iterate:
A true system...i.e. "EUSYSTEM" is defined as that which implicates a topologically relevant "inside-out-sided-ness."

Humans are so conditioned to think in terms of systems as noun-things it is difficult to get used to the use and value of any fine-tuning that the coining of a new term such as 'eusystem' can provide.

Much of what humans relate to in their world and environment will always have a sub-structure that may be considered as being composed of "components" or "parts". Primitive man knew such part-ness in objects as 'shell-seed-and-core',...'root-stem-leaf',...'top-middle-bottom', and so on. What we assign a name to is the "higher structure" which may be erroneously identified as the true-system = eusystem. The named object is a composite of natural eusystms,.... atoms and molecules mainly. The "set" of all sub-atomic particles that accrue to define single atom is an example as the atom-types define in each instance a eusystem example. We therefore speak in terms of an "interior" of an atom (its "Quantum aspects" as well as its exterior domain which is by all accountings is the essence of Maxwellian electro-magnetic and chemical combinagorics.)

Many Earth languages have evolved to make special use of word-endings as sets of alphabetical characters. The Romance Languages in particular conjugates all verb-forms by the ordered changing of the "stem-word" endings. In Spanish this is so "boolean" relevant that nouns are said to be either masculine or feminine an accordance to the endings of the stem word with the letters 'o'(masculine nouns) or 'a' (feminine nouns) being added to the end of the stem word. The other Latin-derived languages do the same. Biochemists, in recognizing the critical need to bring order to the nomenclature of proteins found an efficient method to name a multitude of enzyme-proteins by simply affixing the three-letter suffix "-ase" to the name of the organic compound that the enzyme acts upon. This makes the great boolean set for all proteins: "enzyme protein OR not-enzyme protein."

In living systems, certain molecules and proteins are all inter-connected and variously bounded so that this notion of an independent 'molecular eusystem' is exceedingly complex. It is analogous to seeking to determine the effects upon the biosphere imposed by all the automobiles which freely move about like molecules in a medium (the Earth's surface). Like cars,...the molecules have names. Unlike cars, they can be variously isolated and 'purified' and put into test-tubes. They are often like table-salt.

Amino acids are almost all soluble in water. Each dissolved-in-water amino-acid is an example of an ideal molecular eusystem as an object which is generally well-bounded. We can 'imagine it' floating in the aqueous medium, rotating and essentially having some independence. A carboxyl proton may dissociate and come and go into the surrounding aqueous medium, causing a quantum variance in the molecule's topology. And this is the sub-visible reality we imagine and paradigm. The optical rotating properties of amino-acids is well studied. In a more technical sense, it has a total topology and some varible association with the aqueous medium. In the making of proteins, the various amino-acids link together to make the chain which is identically the protein. These molecules like the amino-acids have names assigned to them by humans.

Thus for a protein that acts as a catalyst for a phosphate ( phosphate-atom-group on a molecule),...the corresponding enzyme is named a "phosphate-ase type of enzyme protein. There are Oxid-ases, Ribonucle-ases, Amin-ases,..and so on (perhaps thousands are known).

As atoms and molecules constitute minimum natural eusystem, we live in a world of a myriad of human-devised and synthesized paradigms of nature's works. Man-made objects. These are the 'pseudo-eusystems' or synthetic-eusystem analogs of our lives. For many centuries this aspect of being was simple and few, today it is overwhelming in inventory. As human brains experience information coming into the sensory relays of the psyche-soma systematics, and concomitantly co-experiences a response to the processing of this for information 'exput' as language or signing,...so too do we become aware of all our comings and goings that paradigm this in a pseudo-eusystemic manner. We are innately programmed for the sensorium and meaning of 'inside-out-sided-ness that generates the Self-Otherness of neurology. Our ecology is the material-physical universe. No other species appreciates such an expansive range of ecological constituencies.

How wonderful might it be if all the languages of the world could somehow start to add a suffix to words in such a manner as to make the distinction "system versus eusystem (or synthetic-eusystem)" linguistically emphatic! It would be like "fiction versus fiction-ase" applied to the "set of all nouns"...for a level of semantic clarity and counter-chaos. Instigating such simple solutions as adding suffixes to certain nouns, deploying the metric-system and converting key-boards to the Dvorak lay-out have the potential to increase human work-efficiency many times over and to save millions of dollars in inefficiency costs and time-losses.

A natural least-in-size atom-relevant eusystem is elementary HYDROGEN. When separated from its single electron,...it is often called a PROTON. If we assess the total description of the Hydrogen-proton and its single electron zooming about the nucleus in any manner, we can think of it as a natural minimal eusystem. The electron defines the topology of this. To think or 'move' into the hydrogen atom's bounded core is to contemplate the nucleus evermore exactly all the while considering the nuclear tethering to its single electron.

Science has demonstrated no cosmic absolute smaller than atomic hydrogen which constitutes most of physical cosmos.
Any tetrad of atoms defines an elementary eusystem with the electrons defining the splay of its energetic topology.
Such a smallest and tending to 'molecular'... in mensurable magnitude (mass-and-radius)... constructed (ideally or otherwise) eusystem is none other than a set of four hydrogen nuclei or identically four protons. Four protons in association enclose a Euclidean volume of one tetra-hedronoid. We can imagine going into and out-from this as it has a geometric centroid. Many molecules and atom-combinations define such entities with an inside-out-sidedness. Alternatively, to think on the grand-scale,...consider tetrads of galaxies, essentially 'doing' the same thing.

As the total-world socio-economics is, apparently, destined to evolve to an inherent Hydrogen Economy as petroleum reserves dwindle,...the physics-biophysics of the protonic field of solar photon-electron active biosphere will only become evermore self-evident. Note the elementary fact that any two water molecules in the universe constitutes a nucleonic-tetravertexial eusystem. The mind (at least) can contemplate the insided-ness of this and an energy-density can be also associated with these realities. Nucleonic tetra-volumes. I call this aspect of the physical world and of the biosphere in particularly,... the "Nucleonic Field."

Since humans exist relative to a vast and complex ecosystem typified by all categories of both Bio-molecular compounds and compoundings of these,...as well as a myriad of non-bio-atomic and non-bio-molecular (or what the chemist call the "in-organic chemical complexes"),...it seems logical to say that we exist in a Nucleonic Field that is inherently boolean and thus dichotomous: Bio-nucleonic and Non-bio-nucleonic fields. The non-biologically minded Physicists, I believe, tend to see no valid difference between these designations. To them, yes, indeed, the nucleus of any atom defines a "field" of quantum-electro-dynamic complexity. Why should this be in any manner partitioned into some more biologically relevant than any other? SBS makes many distinctions between "physics versus bio-physics."

As the atoms constitute a first-ordered set of eusystemic resolutions (elucidated by chemistry). Organizations of atoms which define atom-complexes and molecules define alternative eusystems that either exist in nature or can be assembled by man with the chemical sciences. The molecules can be 'Natural versus Synthetic.'

There are many atom-associations that are tetrahedronal in form. Ubiquitous and bio-important ammonia for example is a molecule having a triangular base of three hydrogens and an apex of a nitrogen atom. One tetrahedron with an inside aspect and an outside aspect. More complex molecules have their inherent inside-out-side-ness aspects, and taken any combination of four atoms which compose it, the molecule is a composite of natural eusystems in energy-event sharing dynamics.

Since Nature implicates her architecture and Geometry according to Laws we discover and not "invent," these associations are complex (ergo the Quantum chemistry). All the eusystems and 'compounded eusystems' of biosphere Planet Earth, including you and me are all in an inherent electro-magnetic field set best described as the "Eusystemic Nucleonic Field." of both categories organic and inorganic. The Biosphere is such a field resolution.

Īn a manner reminiscent of a vast crystalline 'Jungle-Gym', all the various composite eusystemia mundi (the true eusystems of the world) exist and evolve. We live relative with respect to this crystalloid splay of partitionable complexity that we cannot directly perceive. We are content to just call it ..."Chemistry." It is often beyond our direct sense awareness, however it is made minimally "sensible" to us by the historic chemical traditions of the ionic inorganic chemistry methods and some of the methods of biochemistry. This has been referred to elsewhere as the "Precipationistic School" of the Chemical Sciences. With this, the senses are serendipedously amazed to find that the essentially invisible soluble ions (of salts) can not only "precipitate" into a massive solid-like collections fully appreciable to the senses,...but with more of the chemist's adeptness, these associations can be made more than nano-gram precise with titration analysis and any number of other exacting methods. We are more amazed to discover the integrality of the combinagorics as made explicit by Avogadro and later enhanced by the notion of the quantum. Nature is eusystemically obsessed and does not deal in 'fractions'. She wants the explicit and unitary elegance of eusystems.

Thus, the NON-BIO-NUCLEONIC FIELD of the salty-ions is very "amenable" to a very sensorially appreciable proof. And in a parallel sense the BIO-NUCLEONIC FIELD can be made sensorially "real" as forensic molecular biochemist test DNA samples which such precision so as to name the father of an abandoned child or to identify a felon among many millions of suspects.

Just as we observe the almost daily photographic images of deep inter-galactic space with all the magnificent splay of cumulo-nimbus like meanderings of cosmic dust and gases, so too does
Your next metabolic moment perturbs and activate a billowy splay of trillions upon trillions of eusystemic atomic-molecular sets and hierarchies in a natural combinagoric. On a very cold-day, you "see" your breath or that of someone else as it billows forth from the mouth. It happens at all temperatures, only we cannot see the fact that some of the molecules have become more radiation opaque by the thermo-dynamics. The myriad of other things happening in the somatic-architecture of the body are of nucleonic field resolutions and define the patternable inter-systemics we are oblivious of. We only percieve the visual-spectral range manifestations, the olfactory smelled-sensed or tasted, the auditory or tactile,... and all of this is of the electromagnetic-field domain and due to atoms and molecules.

Observe the thermographic images that make the form visible in the night.... ( "Kirlian" or aural photography and the microscopic manageries of the "Invisible House" also seem relevant to these notions of the real but not readily seen world we are imbedded in but none the less obligately exchange energy with).

Physics and chemistry neatly compartmentalizes all of these splay variations into..solid, liquid, and gaseous "things" or "manifestations." To the physicist, to compartmentalize these physical aspects into "biological versus non-biological" may seem to be only an obsession with "essences." Yet, all that is biophysical versus not biological (or purely "physical") does implicate a limited set of absolutes. The biophysical is inherently "Carbon Implicative." We say that all "Life" as we know it depends upon a single atom type called CARBON. It is as if there is a boundary constructed to separate all that comprises the living world from all else,...and this boundary is defined by a single atom type.

Systems Biophysics recognizes omni-electron (non-eusystem and boundary phenomenon) in relation to atomic nucleus (true 'eusystem'):

...{(e-), (Nucleon-x)}...

Let this omni-relevant set be known by writing "e...associates with...nucleon = e:p" to denote the electron-nucleonic permutability that is identified as both the in-organic chemistries and also the organic or "bio-chemical" examples of Universe component-compoundings.

A large atom can have more than 100 electrons and an equal number of protons to be electrically "neutral." Atomic element number 92 is "Uranium." As hydrogen implicates idea electron-to-proton magnitude= e1:p1;...Uranium implicates the ratio e92:p92.

The "least-in-size" natural example of this physico-chemical reality-set is the hydrogen atom consisting of one electron and the hydrogen nucleus or "proton."

The cultural-socio-economic world, we believe, is now in a subtle and tremendous transition from petroleum-based economics to a "Hydrogen-based" economics.
Essentially, humanity is learning the significance of "optimized" minimal eusystemic resolvability efficiency as more in-efficient carbon-base less-eusystemically defined first-ordered quasi-eusystematics attains ultimate wasteful extinction with fossil fuel depletion. The eusystemic "optimization" of the carbon-implicative will not likely go un-accounted by medium awareness (since Nature does not waste energy)...and at some point in the future, the eusystemization of omni-carbon synthesis may be manifested in such ways as the socio-economic profitability of "buckey-balls" and planar and tube-form Fullerene molecularly engineered compounds. These are energy-event complexing ideas deploying organo-electronics compounding: e6-p6 and the obligate ten-fold wonder: e60-p60, a molecule that has been called the "most beautiful in the world," especially since it was discovered in inter-stellar space before it was demonstrated here on Earth. We say "obligate manifold" because it is the laws of the Universe that generates this in nature as the very thought of it seems, in a manner of thinking, to crystalize with our wonderment of it....an elegant example of a one-atom-type eusystem...the Buckminster Fullerene 60 carbon molecule that encloses a rather unique volume of space-time! What if we could get Cesium or Fluorine to be so "bounded?" (More about this elsewhere.)

All that is scientifically explorable is a compounding of this (and its variations to "other-atom-types")... as only brain can participate in physical existence. A next higher or more abstract level implicates something called photon..

Electron, Nucleon and photon
...are the triumvirate of Systems Biophysics as we seek poly-molecular patternings that defy direct sensory appreciation. A first-ordered and intriguing immediate example is the reciprocity that exist relative with respect to botanic carbon dioxide AND alter-non-botanic-bioformal Oxygen. It was a great surprise to find plants and animals so "bound-together." No example of either set's en-speciation is entirely abstractly "free" of all that constitutes the other. I call this observation which is essentially a physiological "circuit" between the photosynthetic bioforms and the oxygen users a pattern in Nature.

All is identified as "quantum eusystemic" and sub-visible to the senses more or less,... and with a size and mass relevant level called "molecular"... (which can be generally and satisfactorily "biochemical versus quantum")... we are admitted with our natural and tooled perceiving abilities to the maze of patternable electro-magnetic manifestations that is both physical and biophysical and the combinagoric of these.

Only as the first-ordered eusystemic energy-events accrue in mass do we become aware of them as composite "things" in the environment. Noun-stuff. In the ontogeny and early evolution of the Universe,...this accruing is identified as the process that made the stars and planetoids. The 'cosmic-dust' compounded and accrued into these eusystemic complexes. The forces of cosmology seems to play a game of "billiard-balls" and "sizeness appreciation" in these unfoldings of the galaxies. The surfaces we percieve that make some of these 'now observables' distinct as 'objects unto themselves' by our human-mediated senses are merely passage-ways of a vast and hyper-complex reticulum, seemingly un-comprehensible en-foldings and ex-foldings of recursive matter complexes with an occasional singularity here and there. These are the sub-compartmentalizations of a single energy-event in continual action and evolution,...namely,the origin of space, time and energy and every critical path next phase,...

Patternable Natural Expression.
A patternable natural expression is more than just a frequency-modulated set of energy-events. The brain and senses perceive more than the 'pulse-works' and boolean-binary off-and-on-ness. A stone is dropped into a calm pond, and the brain and senses are affected by something Nature can do so easily, namely manifest a pattern or 'splay' in structural substance.
Without Patternable Natural Expression, there is no abstraction via Mind. Patternable natural expression is why the brain has become adapted to ask the questions 'how and why'. Natural patternicity is the foundations of all that is human-generated mathematics. When brains cannot relate to this there is psychosis and schizophrenia and all 'method to any madness' has no reason for the individual. The soul is lost. There may be genetic, organic or disease processes that affect the integration of natural patternability to sensory processing. In the battle-field and in examples of human abuse, the mind lacks or has lost a rational basis for sensory expectations. It is the 'any-thing can hapen syndrome'. There is no 'pattern' to events in the ecology with these situations. There is something called "sensory anarchy" as a by-product. It is terror. It causes mental syndromes as well as sicknesses of the body. And there can result in this severe psychological trauma.

Humans like to feel some measure of control prevails. The civilized mind values order and patterning of actions and environment, there is predictabity to happenings and less is terrifying. Humans spent centuries in fear of the unknown, and we know we can conquer at least some measure of this. Every infant learns this in the first few months of life when parenting is important to instill such predictabity of events; and mastery of this as a developmental phase can carry-over through the entire life of the individual. Some never know the foundation principle for a fundamental logic-physiology manifested in the sensory perception of pattern in the material-extentional world (substance and environment). Some people spend their entire life essentially having to learn the lesson of how to generate more patternability of nature in their life;...they are forever learning to essentilly 'clean-up their space' and make sense of something around them. Some never master this skill most four or five year-olds can accomplish.

With the ontological miracle and the mystery of the cell, which implicates an archeo-packaging of parasitic mitochondrion and a relay vehicle for maternal RNA (as if to say 'you must remember (your collective archaeo-history!'),... the patternabilty thesis is hyper-complex and made first-orered biophysical.

Humans first discerned the patternability manifested as 'Zodiac'. Next came the realization of multi-galacticism. We are now struggling to identify the patternabilities that at least seem manifold or to mimic what we have experience for the previous 120,000 years past. Flat-Earth is no more. The chess-board elegance is gone. Not only does Nature adore her energy-event relays of the vacuum, which defy pattern-discovery by human minds,...she has a method to conserve and delight something else which is inherently exterior to it. Intelligent minds respect 'otherness'. Otherness is always first-ordered judged as either beautiful or hideous. The brain has become adapted to make this judgement spontaneously with any confrontation. And through some action of social evolution, this seems intimately related to being also non-threatening or threatening. Most monsters are depicted as ugly. The human created places of safety and comfort are rarely atmospheres of chaos, confusion and uglyness.

Bio-forms = "living organisms".
...are all easily contemplated as eusystemological composite entities,..the basic component of these being the histological "cells" that accrue to define the soma or head-body of the species example. We recognize the great diversity of the spectrum-splay of Nature's bioform expressions as we contemplate the common biophysics that might be applicable to both the massive extinct dinosaurs and also the extremely tiny viruses and also the potential for a biosphere itself to be contemplated within certain contexts as itself a "living energy-event-entity." Ideas concerning "a living planet-organism" and the reality of a category of microbe called the "prions" are challenging our very notions of what constitutes a living system. Here, we first explore only those instances that have a clearly defined nucleic-acid (DNA and/or RNA) mediated ancestry.

Science is fueled by eusystems explorations and elucidations....this is the "essence" of objectivity as tooled by the Scientific Method. Science requires an "object" = "energy-event" of study.

Discussing and "sharing" the "things in the Mind" may be fine for Theologians and Psychics,..but this is not good Science. This constraint upon neuro-mediated extentional real-time of the world scientific explorations as practiced by the mathematical physicists is not an elementary philosophical argument, it is a very difficult and complex issue. The topological mappings are not identical to the "territories" they describe. The "Map is not the Territory and Words (or equations) are not the things they represent."

Eusystems and Theories

Scientists are only allowed to share the "language of Science" by which their intentional-isms (mental processes and alpha-numericised observations) may be optimally manifest. This is the "specialized socio-economics of Science" manifested when scientists are "doing science."

We suppose this unique process helps to add to the comprehension of the Universe and in this sense we do say that perfecting a Theory of Everything is, in certain respects, a worthy activity and even an activity that is somehow able to bring more harmony and order to our socio-economic ecology;...it decreases an aspect of "entropy." Socio-economic entropy is indeed a great social evil to contend with. Too many are part of the problem and not part of the solutions when this prevails. Anarchy and chaos have never helped anyone but the terrorists and psycho-sociopaths. It helps to have phenomena explained in all these ecologies of entropy-extropy at work in human lives. The human specie really does have a "passion for comprehension."

Some may dare to say that it is an inherent "extropic function" of humans in Universe (as if by 'divine providence'). At present, our ability to well define in any scientific manner the notion of both physical EXTROPY and any socio-economic counter-part is at least extremely primitive. We are only sure that it involves something called 'efficiency' and satisfactory results. In the work-place it has meant 'anti-slavery' for thousands of years.

What might constitute a valid mensuration theory of human-mediated anti-entropy? What is the best way to measure human progress? Does this not also postulate an inherent anti-thetical measure of perhaps socio-economic entropy? Currently, the best way we have to measure socio-econmic failure is divorce-rates and prison populations and similar. Social chaos can seem very real,...but is it a biophysically measurable phenomenon among the human species? Science Fiction abounds with the theme of the utopian society and the often imposed "New Order" that heals the chaos. Certainly we must be making some sort of progress since learning to run from the saber-tooth tigers with an evolved upright posture and larger cerebral cortex to out-fox it. We are free to associate this progress with something more ordered and hence extropic and evermore precisely determinable.

Measuring the "self-evident entropy" of systems is problematic enough! There are statistical arguments and equations as science "does" science. "Things" of one mind which can be somehow conveyed to another mind. Maps and paradigms-models. None of this exists in "physical" reality except as alpha-numeric sets and sets of such sets and any memory or record of the "transfer-sharing" event or model itself (often called simply a "publishing"). There is indeed a 'Ghost in the Machine'.

The Theory of Relativity for example is an alpha-numeric set;... so too, the Theory of Biological Evolution. The "Pythagorean Theorem" and all of Euclid's work is also an alpha-numericism. There are many,... "it" is very poly-nomial...but it is not an infinity of A-N-sets. The human-mediated knowledge bank is limited and finite.

Each theorem in mathematics is an example of an alpha-numeric set "{A,N}." One of the great and serendipitous activities of thinkers is to discover a new-innovative or more "fundamental, all-encompassing or sub-summing" theorem relative to an old theorem.

In this manner, science has its version "up-grades." This is better than a re-verification as it takes the mind to a more all-inclusive perspective of a problem. This is "the math-physics action" exemplified by the concepts of what might be termed "the Einstein-Newton" alpha-numeric set-synthesis.

In a matter of speaking then, this sub-summation-istic action is inherently "extropic." in the sense that we believe it solves more problems with less energy input. In relation to the old or previous solutions to problems, ...the uber-synthesis "does more with less" by virtue of its ephemerality functions that require intellect to actualize. Perhaps no author has explored this as a distinct human activity more than the philosopher-architect R. B. Fuller. As far as I know, it is with this innovative author that we first find the term "extropy and anti-entropy" in print.

Conceptual information conveyance between eusystemia mundi is identified as self-other awareness itself.

More about Eusystems and Theories

The history of the world is a vast splay and variety of alpha-numeric resolutions,... human mediated re-counted experiences of reality deploying a variety of cultures and languages...some more precise than others in regards to factual (and therefore re-verifiable and scientific) content. A fact is here defined as a sub-set of an alpha-numeric set that can attain a consensus of re-counting-accountability. We say the "energy-event" is inherently "frequency-modulated." The material entity (generally atoms and atom complexes) is pulsed as both a particle and also a wave phenomenon. The eusystem is always "extant" and re-explorable. Only our ideas about it exist in our brains. And new and improved exteriorized tooling may make this all the more accessible or efficient as an action of science.

In the physical and natural sciences, a fact is always an experimentally re-accessible set of demonstrables which may define a statistical or exactly precise concordance with respect to previous measurements.

Science does not explore miracles exactly (in a certain very real sense all existence is a miracle in the galaxy),.... only phenomena and postulated or conjectured patternabilities and manifestations of these are properly amenble to the scientific method.

A "miracle" may be defined as a non-frequency modulated phenomenon, a single-rare natural patternability expression. Something happened and may have been experienced, but has not happened again. The entire origin of the know Einsteinian Universe fulfills this definition in certain ways (more about this eleswhere). If the Universe is eternal (requiring a certain catergory of space-time metric) with no singular origin and eventual absolute extinction (as no Cosmology has yet to prove one way or another as entropy surely increases while "extropy" remains undefined), there should be many non-frequency modulated energy-event manifestations in Nature-Universe, yet none is "subject matter" for Science. Fear people who would abuse Chemistry, but there is no real need to fear Science or the Scientists who have worked to make for a higher quality of life generally.

In history, psychology and the some of the social sciences (which are not sciences exactly in so far as they do not measure certain essentials of the required data),... the factual content is alternatively dealt with (compared the the natural and physical sciences). Facts and quasi-facts (even rumor, and gossip!) as data-parcels of value or not,... are often well defined as N-byte alpha-numeric sets and categories of paradigms. H.G. Well's The Outline of History and similar works are excellent alpha-numeric set resolutions, and we value the validities of the re-countings as none of it can be re-explored "as it was" which is a requirement of the Scientific Method.

Humans generate categories of "world-views," models of the psycho-social evolutions and changes about them and numerous paradigms of "life" and "how-to" discourses. We need the emulatory functions to deal with the archetype of the antagonisms-antithesis of the "Venus and Mars" motif in our daily lives. All the religions of the world are, to some measure, incidences of this archetypal emulatorianism hypothesis. There is someone who is the Great and Wise Father-Figure to guide us in our deportments and motives...to follow and emulate and take us to higher levels all the more remote to the beast that resides in us all. There is no omni-justice in human nature or Nature itself. We have to cope with the unconscionable on a daily basis or so it seems as the news media inundates our psyches with man's inhumanity to man almost hour by hour until we walk away from it and all the commercialism that goes with it. So we like the help of the motivational speakers in our lives and the ideas of others to help and guide us.

When life just keeps on giving us lemonade, it is good to have a source of recipes for the best lemonade to be made...There is a "Prozac" of the masses. And this is what the philosophers and theologians provide. This entertains and satisfies and even distracts. And there is a sense of security in numbers when we find others who agree with the recipe for better lemonade.

In a manner somewhat distinct from the more scientific syntheses, yet in certain respects both categories (the scientific versus the non-scientific world-view syntheses) are both taxons or categories of the neuro-sensory activity to define ...via language... an alpha-numeric set. We note that, un-like a fleeting atomic particle that can be tooled and made to be re-explored in an atom-smasher device, an example of "an historical era or period of history" (however systematically organized by the intellect) which the historians might try to study in a careful and factual manner (because of entropy) does not ever re-manifest itself as it does with a eusystem. Time travel excluded,... the endeavors of the historians are not scientific, although the archeology and other "technical reports" may be so.

We realize that there are alternative "modes of comprehending" and the scientific method is but one good mode and no one needs to argue that it is "the best." It should only suffice that the comprehensions obtained can be re-verified or made more precise.

We like these linguistic and semantic expression when they can calculate-compute and measure something and we like them even more so when we can invent gadgets with them. We like an alpha-numeric set which can land a spaceship on a dime millions of miles from home (hurray for the Rocket Scientists!) Humans it seems are characterized as a species that likes a prosperous "Gizmology" in the habitat,... and nothing can stop this goal. In the Arthur C. Clark movie version of "2001, A Space Odyssey," this human quality is artistically-cinematically expressed in the opening scenes where the early hominid takes his primitive weapon (an animal bone-femur) and throws it high into the air. In the next scene, the bone seems to be transformed into a Space-Station as the entire time-line of human evolution moves on to the futuristic premises of the film.

It is an amazing and wonderful alpha-numericism which can emphatically declare that the mathematical constant Pi when multiplied by ten to the 762nd power is almost and integer. It is an integer plus a decimal remainder which begins with a sequence of six nines...N.999999...etc; almost an integer!
(This "point" in the decimal expansion of Pi = "π" (now know to over one-trillion decimal places) is called the Feynman Point.) πE762 is remarkably almost a whole integer counting number, a very large one.

If there were to be a holocaust and most of all human life were to become extinct in a flash with all of technology and its history lost,.... all of the survivors would be classified into two-great distinctions: there would be so many survivors who could be able to re-verify the mass of the electron and possible re-establish a technological society. Contrary-wise, there would be so many survivors who may never be able to figure-out anything at all in the same sense that Benjamin Franklin was able to lead the way to a Theory of Electromagnetism by contemplating the phenomenon called "lightning." We should value the good that science and technology can accomplish with the tools here define as the "alpha-numeric sets" and we should strive to propagate a wise use of our brain power. This is something tyrants and the like fail at doing.

Occassionally, it suffices that these alpha-numeric sets and theories they define just simply help us to understand something and little more and in such cases the sets need not be all so computational, statistical or inventive,..they appease our need to know the answer to the question why:

Sometimes the theories just make us less fearful of the unknown and less superstitious in a world which often seems powered by the contrary forces of greed versus logic. And if there should ever be discovered a genetic basis for this schism, we might have more hope for humanity to rise above so much that debases.

Some variations of alpha-numericisms serve little more than to entertain us. Puzzles and novels for example. The alpha-numericisms of Science are supposed to elucidate the phenomena of Nature.

Currently, all of this complexing of natural phenomena has been reduced from a great splay of considerations to a mere few: namely: ...electro-magnetism, gravitation and the spontaneous changes the atomic nucleus can undergo. There is no single well defined alpha-numericism which unifies these three domains of natural expression of energy-events under a single conceptual idea. Science still has a great deal of work to do.

Our best Science is now very complexed with issues of what may exist as an extensional fact versus what exists only as an intensional fact in the minds of the thinkers. There is illusion because humans can hardly perceive "what exists" with the innate senses to a measure of less than .00001% of the spectrum. When what "might exist" can only be generated as an intentionl fact (alpha-numeric set resolution) we have to rely on "good science" to make it one so well constructed that it can optimally paradigm the elusive extensional. To the extent that neither Cosmology nor Nuclear Physics lacks the ability to make certain extentional demonstrations as, say, biology can with "organisms," neither of these domains of exploration are true sciences. But do not tell Cosmologists and Nuclear Physicists they are not being "true scientists!" There is, it seems, a "Meta-Physics" that characterizes much of contemporary Science.

The New Topology.
At first consideration one might think this notion of a "well-bounded" true-system idea would be easy. We have been conditioned all of our lives to think of objects having a more or less "solid" surface. We do not usually think of the microscopic facts. There are no soil id surfaces, the closer we look the more it is all a reticulated net-work and a hodge-podge of atom and molecule mesh-works. The penetrating perspective passes from an out-sided view and then there is a "colocality" relationship with the so-called surface and then the perspective is internalized.

This idea of a "well-bounded" partitioning of Universe seems for certain of our perceptions as obvious as the distinction between darkness and light. The stars, for example must define each and every "ignited one" a distinct well-bounded eusystem. Each star has a definite "interior" and a "coronal-skin." ...And the planets as well seem clearly definite distinctions of energy and matter,..objects with insides and outsides; some (like the Earth) have a definite molten magma core and then the solid hard-crust of tectonic plates.

However, there are several inherent difficulties involved in our appreciation of "topological uniqueness" and these seem to usually implicate two main origins.
Namely, the fact that we ourselves (the observers) are somehow "systemic" and so we must think about what it means to have (or "be") a "system analyzing a system (the boundary definitions dilemma);" ...and also the fact that we can only perceive or "tool" a very small fraction of the available information in the Universe. This "information" is always electro-magnetically defined. And we have only know about electro-magnetic radiation (EMR) for a short while, namely since its elucidation by Maxwell and others. With the invention of the electron microscope and the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) (tools which augment electro-magnetic inventorying) we are a tad better off however than "The Blind Leading the Blind" scenario. Yet we are still very limited and must rely on tools.

In regards to certain well defined astrophysical objects like stars and planets, which even though we do not sense these with a certain level of direct sensation, we are certain of their well-boundedness,... we do upon closer analysis have to consider that they each and every one define a gravitational field. These objects always define a centroid of mass and of gravity. And the gravitational field of any single object extends to co-join that of each of its neighbors. These fields are invisible as we understand gravitation. So, by virtue of this "weakest force" in the Universe called gravitation we have to admit that the well "boundedness" of these elementary objects is, in fact, not all so concise as we might first suppose. Something called "the gravitational field" (and the "space-time continuum") is implicated and complexes our notions of the topological clarity of these objects. Furthermore this "Distinction Postulate" need not refer entirely to the very massive objectivities of our analyses like the stars and planets,..but so too can we know that it implicates virtually any mass-collective for which a conceptual "center of mass or center of gravity" can be applied. This essentially implicates all our assessed "objects" of the Universe except what has been defined as "mass-less" or somehow other-wise systemic.

Inherent in the notion of the topologically well-bounded energy event eusystem is the omni-associated idea of its freedom of motion. In Systems Biophysics, this idea is, with a first-ordered approach, directly related to the conventional and sensorial way all humans think of "spin." It is as if you would regularly spin a coin on the table top. A eusystem that is maximally well-bounded simply can freely rotate in space-time; we think of it as "not carrying much else along with it". The Earth rotates is space as it does by physical law. The atmosphere is in association. We know that something called "space-dust and radiation" is, as a manner of speaking "added to this eusystemic energy-event." We also know that some physical content is lost to space, including radiation and particulate matter as well as man-made objects. The energy event is relatively "free" in space, and we realize that it is not a perfectly free system,...there is indeed "input-and exput." Unlike a bioform, we do not generally attribute this in-flow-ex-flow as all so critical to the biosphere or the celestial mechanics of eusystem called "Space-Ship Earth." On the other hand, there is great importance to be placed upon the balances of the radiation that comprises this phenomenon which, as far as we know, supports a biophysics in no-where else Universe. We also recognize the potential "influence" certain categories of "in-flow" may have for biosphere Earth. For example one major asteroid or lethal "Andromeda-Strain" virus could indeed "become carried-along" with the planets trajectory through the galaxy. We note that this entire notion of "freedom of motion" and spin has some secondary considerations that need elaboration. What does constitute the ideal free topologically well defined energy-event is Cosmos? Systems Biophysics conjectures that in the final analysis it may suffice to consider that only the Universe itself can, in any ultimately valid way, be considered as a "sum-totalled energy-event object" (as Cosmology and Astrophysics more or less supposes)...that "has" a measure called "zero-spin." Essentially every other energy-event eusystemic resolution we can discover, with this view, must have a "gradient-measure of spin." And what's more intriguing, this measure may be somehow shown to be related to the given eusystem's inter-dependency upon ambient and exterior other eusystems. It is of great interest how eusystems called "physical" compare in this aspect of energy relay and utilization with eusystems carbon-implicative...."bio-physical eusystems."

If the total universe implicates concept "zero-spin" (euspin), then what might implicate the the computable maximum? We tend to become, with this question,...oddly "size-biased." The ultimate string-theory resolution of the "core of a Black-Hole?" Perhaps, the answer is surprisingly "cosmo-ontogenic." Nothing exist that is maximally euspinative in a Universe that itself has no-spin. It is fractal. We cannot yet perceive it. We must find a way to see more of the eusystemic inter-dependencies to say any thing else about it.

Remember, our systematics, or rather our "eusystematics" is obligately biologically biased and unlike the physicists, we do not (at least temporarily) need an abstraction of the concept of spin. The quantum use of the term has evolved over a difficult history to "normalize" (even "to make corrections to") the new theories with that of classical electro-magnetism, and with this the fractional mensurations of "particle spin" were devised (and hesitate to say discovered).

We do not doubt that the stars can rotate as they seem to do. It takes more mind-work and imagination to contemplate an entire galaxy rotating, even turning orthogonally with respect to its planar rotation. We can even imagine two galaxies colliding. This is real freedom of motion for "objects" in space-time, yet these notions of free-motion something far beyond our usual sensory appreciation. If gravitation is indeed a measure of how matter distorts space-time, what might such motions "carry-along with them?"

We can trace the "Sun-Spots" and the distant wobbles and discern the motions. And we also have no doubt that for any incidence of this the same object = star with rotation R can conceivably rotate otherwise and do so in any number of alternative ways,...even in an infinite number of ways. We assume it is possible under certain conditions for the star to rotate in some other way, just as we ourselves might, for any reason, have our motion description change. The rotational motion is, by our current reckoning not a fact of constraining structure;...a collision could change everything. However, for the star to rotate in any manner other than it does by our assessments it would (because of the fact of the magnitudes of the masses involved), by all sensible analyses, have to exist in relation to some alternative description of the associated gravitational field, local with respect to the star and variously remote with respect to it. Even an approximate "impingement" or collision with the star affected by any other massive object must alter this gravitational description en route to the change of rotation which might come to pass. It is "as if" the field anticipates such changes and space must be so curved to accommodate the future which we might observe as a change of stellar rotation.

So, it seems, the "boundedness" of the star and notions of its inherent unique identity as a eusystem) must be somehow correlated with the technicalities of space-time and the gravitational field of the object = energy-event single star. Structure of the field (always an intesionally expressed alpha-numericism) and the "objective" identities (we believe) it "contains" is therefore not an elementary idea and natural "observation" like "golf-ball over there."

In a certain critical sense the term "information" itself is well defined as referring to inter-eusystemic reciprocity-associations and assessments. Science deploys tools for exploring;.. and it re-tools information resources and all of this is traditionally eusystemically defined. A scientist's work is always able to be re-verified. The phenomena are always "frequency-modulated energy-events" and repeated happenings. If an energy-event only happens once it is not frequency modulated,..it is a non-frequency modulated energy-event... a miracle. Science does not deal in miracles, only frequency modulated re-occurring energy-event assessments.

Nuclear Physics has taken this to the extremes because the energy-events studied may be extremely short-lived, yet they can be re-manifested again and again. Getting some of the frequency modulated energy-events of Nuclear Physics to re-manifest themselves can be a highly-technical and costly endeavor, yet the theory says "this is what will always be the case within certain ranges of statistical certainty. The problem with all of this persists however, and it is this: certain assessments can "fool" the explorers. They can be even more fooled if they are, so to speak, erroneously influenced by a previously invalid alpha-numeric set. It is as if they are perceiving the same phenomenon but from different perspectives. It ends up having different names for the same essential "thing." We hope this never happens or at least if so minimally. No one likes to be fooled by Nature or wrongful minded minds. Eventually someone "unifies" the observations and explorations and a single resolution results.

En route to the ultimate unifications it can seem rather confusing to the "non-specialists" who have not followed the theory from its inception. Sometimes we feel we have to ask ourselves: "Is it really possible for us to, indeed, ever actually obtain the Truth via our synthetic alpha-numericisms - combinagoric?" Or are just we forever "chasing rainbows?" ...Theories can seem to be like a "dance" moving from the inharmonious to the more refined harmonious with some noise and static on the way. This is now a basic characterization of both of the extremes of explorational domain...the micro-cosmic and the macro-cosmic.

Biologists may be the lucky ones. Their "objects of study,"... the bioforms, all seem to be rather well bounded eusystems un-complicated by sub-nuclear or cosmological magnitude resolutions or matters of gravitation (at least in reference to the ecosystems of their study,... and we do not generally concern ourselves with the gravitational attraction between living things even though this does exist as an immeasurably small quantity). They are however, very complicated by electro-magnetism and the other "forces" of physics. Perhaps there is something unifying in all of this, especially since "thinking and sensorium" are essentially very electromagnetic in their characterizations. We do speak in terms of "bio-electro-magnetism."

Abstractions and idea-tools may arise/evolve (for example, the ephemeral idea-abstraction called the 'thermodynamic calorie-unit) and be deployed in the scientific process, however, for all to remain "scientific" there must be a eusystem at the "hub as the object of exploration and study.

to the concept of a Eusystem versus a "System, the role of a "pseudo-system" or "quasi system" in regards to socio-economic entropy or "business inefficiency". A descussion about how Atoms and Atomic Nuclei comprise the smallest Eusystems (in lieu of a sub-atomics for biophysics) was also covered. The largest-in-size eusystems are the clusters of clusters of galaxies we have only recently become aware of in the universe. In certain critical ways, we know more about these than we do the more immediate molecular-complexings of our biosphere, which sometimes seem to resemble the galaxies. We value and strive for an authentic non-pre-meditated flow of mentation (except for lectures, of course).
