 I was so thrilled recently when internationally recognized host of Public Television’s Ciao Italia and author of numerous cookbooks Mary Ann Esposito took time to chat with me at the recent 2008 Providence RI Spring Flower Show! Mary Ann on right (sporting her newly “adopted” black Peacock Shawl) also took a few moments to personalize a “Ciao Italia” apron just for ME while I, speaking from the heart, told Mary Ann how much I have enjoyed her coming into our home throughout the years and that she feels like part of the family! I Just wanted to share this with you all: My friend Rod Akins, of Mama Lee’s Tennessee Hot Chocolate AND a Country Western Song Writer & Composer, was seeing Dolly Parton for Christmas.
