TOPO-GRAPHICS creates 2 and 3 dimensional computer generated architectural design concepts and architecturally scaled models for projects from recreational and resort developments, P.U.D., cluster and condominium complexes to municipal, industrial and institutional facilities.
The model topography, accurately carved and reproduced to any scale is meticulously assembled and can be finished with light diodes for optimum likeness of a project. These models are visual aids towards the interpretation of the terrain and layout of a project. They are instrumental in the development process of any business as in, presentations to planning boards, banks, potential investors and customers. The topographical model of a ski area (top right; (Attitash Ski Area, Bartlett, NH; Model scale: 1" = 200'. Size: 4'6" X 2'6") covers over 1,800 acres. It includes eight condominium communities with appropriate buildings, ski trails with chair lifts, roads and foliage. Models of ski areas, golf courses, waterfront properties and country clubs are utilized in development consulting, direct marketing for real estate sales, trade shows and many other applications. The combination of a 3-dimensionally carved land base and the architectural replication of a hospital, (pictured on the right; scale: 1" = 16') shows details of the future buildings and landscape. The additions are shown in a realistic likeness enhanced with light diodes, while the area in white represents the existing building. The collaboration of computer generated drafted designs, hand crafted architecturally scaled representations and precision carved land topography creates the foundation for your next marketing model or design concepts for future development or renovations! Vu-Link* Golf Trophies & Mementos include topographically scaled replicas of specific holes commemorating ones accomplishment on the links! The model trophy, 1"=50', shows the tee, fairway, green, trails, trees, hazards, etc.. Your "Hole-In-One" or personalized golf ball is embedded and a plaque is mounted.
