Option 1—Chorus & Ensemble

You will participate in all chorus songs, and some of you may opt to participate in Ensemble songs. You will not be able to attend the solo workshop.

Option 2—Observer

You will participate in all chorus songs, and some of you may opt to participate in Ensemble songs. You will be able to attend the solo workshop, and participate in the workshop, but you will not be able to sing or perform a solo at the workshop or concert. Whilst at the workshop you will contribute to the development of the other solo artists’ performances.

Option 3—Solo Performer

You will participate in all chorus songs, but you may not be able to participate in Ensemble songs. You will attend a separate workshop session. You must submit your chosen solo score along with your application form. You will be expected to prepare your own solo, there will be no opportunity at this session to go over the melody line of your chosen song. At this session you will be asked to perform your solo, and the class to comment on your performance, and to develop your performing skills. Limited spaces are available to allow at least 10-15 minutes to develop their song.

Option 4—Solo & 1/2hr Private Tuition

You will participate in all chorus songs, but you may not be able to participate in Ensemble songs. You will be able to attend the solo workshop, as above. You will also be given 1/2hr private vocal tuition on your chosen solo submission piece. You will be contacted with regards to an agreeable date and time for your one to one tuition.

Option 5—Solo & 1hr Private Tuition

You will participate in all chorus songs, but you may not be able to participate in Ensemble songs. You will be able to attend the solo workshop, as above. You will also be given 1hr private vocal tuition on your chosen solo submission piece. You will be contacted with regards to an agreeable date and time for your one to one tuition.
