Belize Marine TREC ("Tropical Research and Education Center") is a nonprofit institution committed to the conservation of tropical ecosystems through the use of education and research. Located on Ambergris Caye, an island on the northeast corner of the Central American nation of Belize, Belize Marine TREC is ideally situated to carry out its mission.
