Produced by the Arc of Mississippi under a grant from the Mississippi Developmental Disabilities Council. Documents eleven disabled people in the community. Includes a visit to each work site. Job duties are highlighted and the benefits of employment are noted throughout. Individuals with mental retardation, hearing impairments, and physical disabilities are featured. Produced by the Moody Foundation, this film is the first in a series documenting the patient's struggle to recover after injury. Provides an introductory overview of the problem. Challenge of Brain Injury: A Team Perspective on Treating the Whole Person,

Produced by Research and Training Center at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Focuses on community re-entry and features several professionals who specialize in rehabilitation of the brain injured. Making Life work After a Head Injury

Developed under a contract with the State of Florida Division of Rehabilitation and produced by the BIA of Florida. This videotape focuses on the challenge of day-to-day living for persons with brain injuries in a home environment. The video contains three segments which can be shown independently. Tape concentrates on the post-rehabilitation stage of recovery.

Part One: Coming Home; Reintegrating the family member who has residual deficits subsequent to a brain injury, into the home setting.

Part Two: Coping Strategies; Concentrates in managing behavior, structuring the environment, and use of compensatory strategies to enhance functional abilities.
