§ 515. Debt.
1. No person shall be convicted of debt unless it can be proven that he incurred a debt to the plaintiff and has not repaid it.
2. Debt shall be punishable by damages equal to the amount of the debt.
3. If the failure to pay was intentional or the defendant has not made a good-faith effort to obtain funds for repayment, the defendant shall be sentenced to imprisonment until the debt is repaid.
