§ 511. Nuisance.
1. No person shall be convicted of nuisance unless it can be proven that he interfered with the plaintiff's pre-existing physical use and enjoyment of the plaintiff's property, without the plaintiff's consent or without authority of law.
2. Nuisance shall be punished by an injunction prohibiting the interfering use and damages of not less than 1s and not more than £1,000.
