§ 509. False Imprisonment.
1. No person shall be convicted of false imprisonment unless it can be proven that he intentionally, recklessly, or negligently confined the plaintiff without the authority of law and without the plaintiff's consent.
2. False imprisonment shall be punished by damages of not less than £500 and not more than £100,000.
