§ 501. Actual Damages.
1. Damages for medical expenses, repair or replacement of property, and lost wages or profits may be awarded by the jury in addition to any other punishment specified.
2. Upon an acquittal, the plaintiff shall pay court costs and the defendant's attorney's fees.
3. Upon a verdict of guilty, the defendant shall pay court courts and the plaintiff's attorney's fees.
