§ 304. Entrapment.
1. Police, or a person acting in cooperation with police perpetrates an entrapment, if he induces or encourages another person to engage in conduct constituting such crime by making knowingly false representations designed to induce the belief that such conduct is not prohibited; or employing methods of persuasion or inducement that create a substantial risk that such a crime will be committed by persons other than those who are ready to commit it.
2. Entrapment is an affirmative defence.
