§ 303. Consent.

    1.    When lack of consent is an element of a crime, evidence of such lack of consent may include the plaintiff's youth or mental disease or defect, if the plaintiff is manifestly unable or known by the defendant to be unable to make a reasonable judgement as to the nature or harmfulness of the conduct charged to constitute the crime.

    2.    Consent given due to the use of unlawful force or the threat of unlawful force is no consent.
