Floor plans of our new house

These are not to scale, but are close enough. Here is what we plan to do with the house. We are not changing any of the structure. We are eliminating a first floor bathroom (in the dining room area) and a second floor kitchen ( in the bathroom area). On the third floor, the closets will most likely be removed to make the rooms bigger. We are looking at making the 3rd floor a large open room.
