Meetings are generally held on the first Monday of each month, in the Legislative Conference Room in the Tioga County Office Building. For general meetings, the format is a 6:00 PM social gathering and the meeting starts at 6:30 PM. Because meetings may be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances, please contact the STAR president at starchapter@gmail.com to let us know if you are planning to attend.

The Tioga County Office building is located at 56 Main Street in Owego, New York, with adjacent parking on Academy Street.
Driving Directions
From Binghamton and points East
1) Take Route 17 West (I-86 West) to exit 64 (Owego/Ithaca)
2) Cross bridge into Owego (follow signs for Route 96 North)
3) At end of bridge turn left onto Front Street
4) Turn right onto Academy Street
5) Park in the parking lot on left, adjacent to legislative building.
From Elmira and points West:
1) Take Route 17 East (I-86 East) to exit 64 (Owego/Ithaca). Follow directions above.
From Ithaca and points North:
1) Take route 96B South to Route 96 South to Owego.
2) When you reach the Village of Owego, turn right onto Main Street (Route 17C West)
3) Turn left onto Academy street. Park in the parking lot to your right, just past
the county office building.
