Subj: about your Cheltenham site? I just wanted to know if you're from Cheltenham in the UK or if you're from Cheltenham Township in PA like me? It never occurred to me to add chat capabilities but it doesn't sound like a bad ideal. As you can see from my pages I'm from Cheltenham Township in Pennsylvania - just like you! While I do have a message board (see left or full view and it does have chat capabilities it's kinda hard getting a set schedule together so a lot of people can be there at one time. While I haven't given up on the idea all together - it requires further thought. |
| Hi, Just found your address while I was looking for a local weather forecast, here in Cornwall England. It is wet and windy here, but no snow as we don't seem to get any here in the West Country. Where are you? I know it's the USA but whereabouts? I live in a bungalow, overlooking the sea in s.e. Cornwall. It is an area of "outstanding natural beauty" (so they say), but it is a really lovely place. ~Jacky |
| Hello There! I live in a small village called LaMott which is inside Cheltenham Township. It's just outside of Philadelphia, Pa. And we're supposed to have a "sister" city in the U.K. In fact my area is arranging a charter with the "sister" city too! Actually I have heard that England gets a lot of rainy weather. As a matter of fact when we get the occasional fog and foggy mist I'm always saying how it looks like England. I envy you living near the water. The closest body of water here is Penn's Landing which is about 10 miles away! The beaches are at least 50 miles away. I guess you could call where I live the suburbs. It is a historical area and the house that I live in is over 100 years old (and still going strong). |

I am aware of LaMott's history but can you tell me more about LaMott county as of today. What is the demographic, the education level and average income of those who live in the area? Is the community family oriented or is it occupied by a much older group. Are the streets safe and quite. If I purchase a home in the area are grants available base on the revitalization program? Any information or direction to the appropriate person is greatly appreciated |
