The cottages are available all year. Weekly rentals are $770. Weekend rentals are $240 for one family. Midweek rentals are also available. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for more pricing details.

There are 4 cottages and 2 log cabins, accommodating as many as 7 people each. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, a bathroom with shower, and a covered porch overlooking the lake. They have wood-burning stoves, are fully carpeted and nicely furnished. Dishes, hot plates, charcoal grills, pots and pans are provided; linens are not. Pets and smoking are permitted. One log cabin (on private pond) is accessible to handicapped persons.

High Acres Lake is a small private lake, approximately 8 acres in size, with a maximum water depth of 22 feet. Fish include large-mouth bass, blue gill, and sunfish. It is surrounded by 100 wooded acres.

The cottages are in Sardinia, New York, located 45 minutes south of Buffalo, 90 minutes south of Niagara Falls, and 90 minutes west of Rochester.
