Accommodation exempt from V.A.T.
In all cases of hire for commercial purposes a surcharge of 100% on the Standard Rate applies.
All Private Parties, Wedding Receptions, etc - please ask for special list
Day time sessions are from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm, or from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm and evening sessions are from 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm: Any time variations must be agreed in advance with the Director (charged extra). Access to Rooms will not be available more than 30 minutes before these times. No access before 9 am.

In all cases accommodation charges include heat, light, chairs, tables, blackboards, easels, room preparation (see condition 3) etc. Numbers in brackets indicate the maximum permitted in the room at any one time. Note: tables, etc. will reduce these numbers.
* Only available by special arrangement with the Director.
+ The Galleon Lounge and Common Room when open are available to all persons attending any function held at the Centre.
