Essay Velociraptor and Deinonychus are well-known raptors from the Cretaceous period, yet both are small animals compared with a hunter found in Argentina. This dinosaur, known as 'Megaraptor', may have reached a length of twenty feet or more. The oversize claws on the feet of this carnivore are evidence of its deadly speed and agility. |
