This vintage G.I. Joe collecting "INFOSITE" will help improve your collecting experience by answering questions about vintage 1960's GIJoe figures, uniforms and accessories. This is a website created by a vintage GIJoe collector for the benefit of other vintage GIJoe collectors. The information provided here will hopefully make the hobby of collecting GIJoe more enjoyable for you. Please remember that GIJoe and his accessories were made and sold long ago as toys and NOT collectables; to be played with, shared and enjoyed by people of all ages. The only accurate measure of vintage GIJoe authenticity can come from the existing sealed vintage packages remaining in circulation. By examining these sealed packages a person can learn a tremendous amount about what a genuine Hasbro® GIJoe piece should look like. The vintage packages are evidence of the heyday of toys in the 1960's. This "INFOSITE" will show you most of those original sealed packages and hopefully teach you more about them and what Hasbro® wanted everyone to equip thier GIJoes with.
